CAPIZ – A member of the LGBTQIA+ community was found dead in a secluded area in Barangay Burias, Mambusao, Capiz.
Rosalie Fuentes Danieles, 56, had multiple hack wounds and was already in an advanced state of decomposition.
Mambusao police chief, Police Captain Alladen Talaban, said they have a person of interest and are eyeing one angle.
Danieles was last seen around 10 p.m. on April 21 while on a drinking spree a day before the barangay fiesta.
It was alleged that the victim had a heated argument with someone.
Talaban, however, refrained from giving further details pending an investigation./PN
