AKLAN – A 60-year-old man was found dead at a fishpond in Barangay Tagbaya, Ibajay town in this province.
The body of caretaker Elpidio Yacub Jr., a resident of the aforementioned barangay, was found by several residents around 1 p.m. on Wednesday, August 28.
According to the Ibajay Municipal Police Station, the elderly was brought to Ibajay District Hospital where he was declared dead on arrival by the attending physician.
Police added that the victim possibly suffered a heart attack, fell into the fishpond and drowned./PN
