CAPIZ – Joint operatives of the Dumarao Municipal Police Station (MPS) and 2nd Capiz Provincial Mobile Force Company arrested Western Visayas’ No. 7 most wanted person in Barangay Poblacion Ilaya, Dumarao town.
The 27-year-old alias “Eman”, a resident of the town’s Barangay Bungsuan, was caught at 5:02 p.m. on February 3 through the strength of an arrest warrant for three counts of rape.
No bail bond was recommended for the temporary liberty of the suspect who was detained at the Dumarao MPS.
Brigadier General Jack L. Wanky, director of the Police Regional Office 6, commended the police personnel involved for their diligence and unwavering commitment in ensuring that all fugitives in their area of responsibility are accounted and brought to justice.
