DEREK Ramsay appeared to feel alluded to when he addressed the claim of online personality Xian Gaza, who shared a blind item about a married couple who supposedly called it quits.
On Sunday, Sept. 28, Gaza uploaded a blind item on Facebook about a “celebrity guy” and “super famous celebrity girl” who supposedly split, suggesting that they had problems with finances.
“Eh paano ngayon ‘to? Kasal sila. Walang divorce sa Pilipinas. Eh peso billionaire si celebrity guy. May prenup bang pinirmahan si super famous celebrity girl? O waley? So meaning to say, may habol siya sa bilyones ni guy? Tapos yung anak nila, may habol din sa yaman ng kanyang ama? Under the guardianship ni girl?”
In the comments, the personality also addressed that the girl didn’t marry a particular “JL,” without disclosing their identities.
While Gaza didn’t mention anyone in particular, netizens who shared his Facebook post speculated that he was referring to Ramsay and Adarna, who have been hounded with split rumors.
Addressing Gaza’s post, Ramsay shared a clip on his Instagram Story on Monday, Sept. 29.
“Good morning, guys. So, there’s this issue about Mr. Xian Gaza. I’ll just keep this very simple. There is no truth to anything that was said. That’s it, guys,” he said.
However, Gaza made a tirade against Ramsay on the same day, where he accused the actor of allegedly allowing his emotions to get the best of him.
“What we can learn from Derek Ramsay, ‘Huwag magpadala sa silakbo ng damdamin.’ Huwag agad magpakasal kung ilang buwan pa lamang kayo at masyado pang mababaw ang inyong pinagsamahan lalo na kung marami kang kayamanan,” he wrote.
This is not the first time the celebrity couple denied claims that they ended their relationship. Last August, Ramsay called out a blog site for claiming that Lily — his daughter with Adarna — was not his daughter.
