ILOILO – Police recovered more than P400,000 worth of suspected shabu in a buy-bust operation in Barangay Dacutan, Dumangas, Iloilo on Saturday, October 18.
The 44-year-old alias “Randy”, a resident of Barangay Santo Niño Sur, Arevalo, Iloilo City, was also arrested.
Dumangas police said the suspect, tagged as a high-value suspect, yielded a total of six plastic sachets of suspected shabu weighing around 61 grams and valued at approximately P414,800.
The suspect was detained at the Dumangas Municipal Police Station. He will be charged for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./PN
