ELLEN Adarna and Sarah Lahbati had a good laugh after the latter was reported to be a third party in the former’s alleged split from her husband, Derek Ramsay.
In a screenshot shared by Adarna of their private conversation on Instagram, Lahbati said she was minding her own business when she saw a recent vlog of entertainment insider Ogie Diaz wherein she was being blamed as the reason behind their breakup.
Diaz also allegedly said in his vlog that Lahbati supposedly urged Adarna to ask Ramsay to buy a house for her.
Adarna then directly addressed Diaz, saying his report was false.
“Mama Ogs… klaruhin lang natin… pag sure sa imong source… tawagin kami Sarah sayo… laro ka. If I wanted to buy a house soooo bad, bilhin ko myself. And hindi house agent si Sarah. Wala sa skill set niya yan, ano na?! Grabe ang remix ng stories kklk,” she said in a mix of Visayan and English.
(Mama Ogs, let’s clarify things here when you’re sure with your source. Sarah and I had to call each other. This is funny. If I wanted to buy a house so badly, I would buy it myself. And Sarah is not a house agent. That’s not part of her skill set. The remix of stories is insane.)
Lahbati also reshared her recent exchange with Adarna in a now-expired Instagram Story, seemingly confused about her involvement with the alleged estranged couple.
“Every Sunday may hanash while I mind my own business,” she wrote.
Diaz has yet to address Adarna and Lahbati’s claims, as of this writing.
Reports of Adarna and Ramsay ending their marriage have been making rounds on social media after netizens noticed that neither of them have been making any appearances on their respective Instagram accounts.
While the couple have yet to directly address the status of their relationship, both of them have been denying claims pitting them against each other.
Adarna, meanwhile, recently marked their daughter Liana’s first birthday, but netizens were quick to notice that Ramsay was seemingly absent at the important celebration.
Despite not being seen at the birthday party, Ramsay posted his own greeting to his daughter, sharing photos and a video showing their cute father-daughter moments.
“Watching you grow this past year has been the greatest joy of my life. Every smile, every little giggle, every ‘Papa,’ and every milestone. Even the quiet moments when you’re simply resting in my arms have filled me with a kind of love I didn’t know was possible. You are the best thing that has ever happened to me, and I thank life every day for the gift of you,” the actor wrote in part of his greeting.
