MANILA – The Bureau of Customs (BOC) will auction off seven luxury vehicles worth over P100 million seized from contractors Pacifico and Sarah Discaya, who are under scrutiny for allegedly monopolizing government flood control projects in recent years.
The public auction, set on November 17, 2025, at the BOC Port Area’s OCOM Building, forms part of the agency’s efforts to recover lost revenues from illegally imported goods and reinforce accountability among erring contractors.
The high-end lineup includes a Rolls-Royce Cullinan 2023, Bentley Bentayga 2022, Mercedes-Benz G63 AMG 2022, Lincoln Navigator L 2021, Mercedes-Benz G500 Brabus 2019, Toyota Sequoia 2023, and Toyota Tundra 2022—vehicles previously linked to the Discayas’ lavish lifestyle.
“After ng public viewing ay matatantsa nyo na kung magkano ang inyong ibi-bid sa mga sasakyang ito. Ito ang magko-correct dun sa galit ng publiko dahil itinatama na natin ‘yung proseso at ‘yung mga revenue na nawala sa ating bansa ay maibabalik na sa kaban ng bayan,” said BOC Deputy Chief of Staff Atty. Chris Noel Bendijo.
Bendijo added that interested bidders must register and present income and business tax documents, proof of BIR payments, and pay a P5,050 registration fee. Public viewing will be held from November 10 to 12 at the PUC Parking OCOM Grounds “para makita ng mga prospective bidders ang mga sasakyang ito.”
According to Bendijo, floor prices were adjusted downward to reflect depreciation since the vehicles are not brand new.
Starting prices are as follows:
* Rolls-Royce Cullinan 2023 – ₱45,314,391.11
* Bentley Bentayga 2022 – ₱17,041,121.93
* Mercedes-Benz G63 AMG 2022 – ₱14,104,768
* Mercedes-Benz G500 (Brabus) 2019 – ₱7,843,239.43
* Toyota Sequoia 2023 – ₱7,258,800.36
* Lincoln Navigator L 2021 – ₱7,038,726.14
* Toyota Tundra 2022 – ₱4,994,079.00
Bidding will be conducted through sealed offers. Customs officials said proceeds from the sale would be remitted to the national treasury.
