LOCAL fuel prices are still poised for another wave of hikes at the end of March, but motorists can get a slight respite as gasoline prices are seen posting minimal increase or possibly none.
Based on the first four trading sessions this week, a source said that the per-liter price of diesel could increase by P11 to P12.
Gasoline prices, meanwhile, may remain unchanged or go up by P3 per liter.
Oil firms implement price adjustments every Tuesday.
The Department of Energy (DOE) said Thursday, March 26, that the Philippines had received the first shipment of diesel imported under the government’s Emergency Energy Security Program.
