FANS MAY help their favorite Reina Filipinas candidates get closer to the crown now that the new national pageant has kicked off its public voting that will send a candidate straight to the Top 5.
Voting on the “Miss Popular Vote,” one of the contest’s “Fast-Track” challenges, has opened on July 25 on Reina Filipinas’ official online polling portal via Eventista.
The online voting was kicked off by the release of the official headshots of the 21 delegates competing in the inaugural staging of the new national competition for the country’s representative to the Miss Grand International pageant.
To vote, the candidates’ supporters must visit reinafilipinas.1voting.com online. On the site, search for the delegates you wish to support and click the “VOTE” button. To vote for free, one must download the 1ZONE app, create an account or log in to an existing one.
To boost their candidates’ chances of advancing even more, fans and supporters may opt for paid voting. Complete the transactions with Apple Pay, Google Pay, credit/debit card, or local payment methods.
Voting will end on the day of the finals, August 7, at exactly 6 p.m. The Reina Filipinas Grand Coronation Night will be held at the Newport Performing Arts Theater of Newport World Resorts in Pasay City. The show will promptly start at 7 p.m. to keep up with the Miss Grand International practice of starting on time.
Aside from the main titleholder who will receive the Reina Filipinas-Grand International crown, two more winners will be chosen for the Reina Filipinas-MGI All Stars title. They will be sent to MGI All Stars later this year.
The 2026 Miss Grand International pageant will be held in India in October, where reigning queen Emma Tiglao of the Philippines, also Reina Filipinas’ national director, will crown her successor. (inquirer.net)
