BACOLOD City – A woman was rushed to the hospital after she was reportedly stabbed by her live-in partner on Sunday morning in Sitio Danao, Barangay Hilamonan, Kabankalan City.
Lovely Billones, a resident of the place, sustained stab wounds on the different parts of her body. She was rushed to Lorenzo Zayco District Hospital in the city for treatment.
Police identified the suspect as her live-in partner, Fernando “Nonoy” Alotlay, 38.
Alotlay said he stabbed Billones due to jealousy and claimed her live-in partner was seeing another man.
The suspect is currently detained./PN
