ILOILO City – The police of Malay, Aklan arrested a man charged with frustrated homicide.
The 40-year-old Randy Aguirre was served with an arrest warrant in Barangay Samabiray, Malay on Nov. 18.
Around 6:30 p.m. he was detained at the Malay police station.
Judge Ronald Exmundo of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 4 issued Aguirre’s arrest warrant.
As of this writing, it was unclear if Aguirre was able to post bail that the court set at P24,000./PN
