BACOLOD City – A 77-year-old man was arrested after yielding a firearm on Tuesday in Hacienda Antolanga, Barangay Tinongan, Isabela town.
Confiscated from Francisco Umadhay Sr., a resident of Purok Zone 2, Barangay Tinongan, was one homemade .357 firearm loaded with six live bullets.
He was arrested after the residents of the barangay reported to the police that he was creating alarm and scandal and brandishing the firearm./PN
