ILOILO City – After two years of hiding, a rape suspect was arrested in his house in Barangay San Juan, Molo district.
The 38-year-old Hermy Sucgang was accused of three counts of rape.
District police officers served him an arrest warrant around 11:20 a.m. on Wednesday.
Regional Trial Court Branch 32 Judge Globert Hustalero issued the warrant. He set the bail at P600,000./PN
