BACOLOD City – For allegedly stealing canned meat from a convenience store in Barangay Villamonte on Saturday, a 41-year-old man was arrested.
Jan Nepomuceno, a resident of San Juan Street, Barangay 13 in this city, stole one can of corned beef and one can of luncheon meat worth P280.
Security guard Ellen Mae Laurente told the police that she saw Nepomuceno leave the store without paying for the items.
Nepomuceno is now detained at the custodial facility of the police station./PN
