ILOILO City – Operatives of the police station of Panay, Capiz served an arrest warrant to an inmate at the Capiz Rehabilitation Center.

The 29-year-old Paolo Boleño of Barangay Linateran, Panay was charged with theft.

The arrest warrant was issued by Judge Ignacio Alajar of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 18 in Roxas City on Jan. 18, 2016.

It was unclear as of this writing if Boleño was able to post bail that the court set at P26,000./PN
