BACOLOD City – A 26-year-old man was killed in a vehicular crash in Barangay Estefania.

Bryan Chavez of Purok Kagaykay, Barangay 2 was driving a motorcycle he allegedly stole.

A pickup truck — driven by Jason Brylle Sia, 23, of Barangay Villamonte — rammed Chavez and the motorcycle, police said.

Sia claimed to be the motorcycle’s owner. He told the police he was chasing Chavez.

Chavez allegedly took Sia’s motorcycle from a house in Villa Angela Subdivision, Barangay Estefania.

Police were still investigating the incident./PN
