BACOLOD City – Wanted for 21 years, a man was finally arrested in Barangay Camalanda-an, Cauayan, Negros Occidental.
Efren Bolario, 62, was charged with robbery with violence against person, a police report showed.
Joint operatives of the Cauayan police station and the Zamboanga Sibugay Police Provincial Office caught the suspect around 5 a.m. on Aug. 1.
Judge Demosthenes Manginsay of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 24 (Ipil, Zamboanga Del Sur) issued Bolarios’ arrest warrant on June 8, 2000.
The suspect was detained at the Cauayan police station.
No bail bond was recommended for his temporary liberty./PN
