ACTRESS Atasha Muhlach confirmed that she is single, clearing speculations romantically linking her with a businessman.
In an interview with Boy Abunda for “Fast Talk,” Muhlach even admitted that she never had a boyfriend.
“Single po,” says Atasha as a reply to Abunda’s question.
Asked if it’s easy to approach her, the actress said, “I’m very approachable in terms of being kind but I think it’s very known that my priority talaga is my work,” admitting that there are some who have expressed their intent of pursuing her.
“Mayroon naman pero alam naman nila na may priority talaga is work,” she said.
In the interview, the daughter of Aga Muhlach and Charlene Gonzalez said it’s really her dream to join show business.
Last month, the 24-year-old Atasha was named the youngest recipient of People Asia magazine’s Women of Style and Substance 2026 award.
For Atasha, the recognition is another milestone in a year she describes with gratitude, especially as she continues to find her footing as a performer.
“I feel very, very honored and very blessed,” she said, after receiving her Women of Style and Substance 2026 award from People Asia magazine. She was the youngest in the batch of 11 awardees.
“I feel nothing but gratitude about this recognition,” added Atasha. “This is another dream-come-true getting this award. Living in this present moment, I am so grateful. This is something that I didn’t expect.”
Currently, Atasha stars in the musical “Bongga Ka, ’Day!: The Annie Batungbakal Musical,” which runs until October 31 at the Newport Performing Arts Theater. (ABS-CBN News)
