ILOILO City – In Barangay Bitoon, Jaro district an attempted murder suspect was arrested yesterday morning.
The 36-year-old Mark Pauya of Barangay Poblacion, Dueñas, Iloilo was charged with two counts of the crime.
From Barangay Bitoon, Jaro Pauya was taken to the Dueñas police station around 6 a.m.
Presiding Judge Vicente Go of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 68 issued Pauya’s arrest warrant.
As of this writing it was unclear if the suspect was able to post bail for his temporary liberty.
The court set the bail bond at P120,000./PN
