The national road in Sitio Mat-i, Barangay Teniente Benito, Tubungan town became impassable yesterday morning. Some 100 meters of the concrete road cracked and sank considerably as loose soil and rocks beneath it collapsed, according to Mayor Roquito Tacsagon.
