ILOILO City – The No. 5 wanted person in Badiangan, Iloilo was arrested in Barangay Tagok, Kabankalan City, Negros Occidental.
Charged with homicide, 47-year-old Vergil Varnaje was caught around 11 a.m. on June 22.
He was detained at the Badiangan police station.
