CAPIZ – The provincial government feted three residents who topped the recent Registered Master Electrician Board Examination and Social Worker Licensure Examination.

Rodriner C. Billones of Barangay Banica, Roxas City and Queenstant Dianne Jean B. Banico of Barangay Dulangan, Pilar, Capiz both graduated with the degree in Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) at Capiz State University – Main Campus. They ranked first place and 10th place, respectively, in the board exam.

Also cited was Lenery Ponsaran for ranking ninth in the Social Worker Licensure Examination with a rating of 82.20 percent.

The provincial government recognition of the three board exam topnotchers was held at the provincial capitol by Vice Gov. James “Mitang” Magbanua and members of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan (SP).

The SP passed a resolution recognizing the achievements of the three topnotchers./PN
