BORACAY – Police arrested a man carrying bullets in his pocket.

The 45-year-old Dante Geronimo of Sitio Ambulong, Barangay Manoc-manoc was facing charges for violation of Republic Act 10591, or the Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunition Regulation Act.

Geronimo was invited to the Boracay Tourist Assistance Center for his alleged involvement in robberies in this island resort on Oct. 1, a police report showed.

When frisked, Geronimo yielded empty shells of .38-caliber and .22-caliber guns, the report further stated.

Geronimo was detained.
