ILOILO City — A 32-year-old employee reported to the police his employer, a Chinese businessman, for having manhandled him in their stall on Arsenal Street, City Proper.

Henry Herrera of Barangay San Juan, Molo district reported to the police that his employer slapped him and threw empty bottles of beverages at him.

If Herrera were to be believed, on August 26 at around 5 p.m., his boss summoned him at their office and confronted him over the loss of 12 cases of beverages.

Herrera denied stealing them.

The businessman, meanwhile, owner of a popular chain of waffle food kiosks, denied Herra’s allegation./PN
