ILOILO City – A dead man was found floating yesterday in the Iloilo River in Barangay President Roxas.
Fisherman Marlito Galvan spotted the body at around 10:30 a.m.
The dead man was wearing a pair of green shorts and a maroon shirt.
Police believed the man drowned.
