BACOLOD City – He is in the drug watch list of the Cadiz City police.
Emmanuel “Daki” Antonio, 55, of Purok Hitalon, Barangay Zone 4, Cadiz City, Negros Occidental landed in jail after a drug buy-bust operation around 7:33 p.m. on June 27, a police report showed.
Officers from the Cadiz City police station’s Drug Enforcement Unit led by Senior Inspector Wilfredo Gelongo staged Antonio’s arrest.
Recovered from Antonio’s possession were four sachets of suspected shabu valued at around P4,000, the P500 marked money and P3,250 cash believed to be proceeds from his illegal drug transactions.
Antonio was now under the custody of the Cadiz City police and facing charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./PN
