MILWAUKEE Bucks rode a strong performance from Cameron Thomas to defeat the Orlando Magic, 116-108, in the 2025-26 NBA Regular Season on Wednesday night (Thursday in the Philippines) in Orlando, Florida.
Thomas poured in 34 points in just his second game with Milwaukee, while Kevin Porter finished with 18 points, 10 rebounds and 11 assists for the fifth triple-double of his career to lead the Bucks.
Jericho Sims and Ousmane Dieng also made their presence felt offensively with 17 points each for the Bucks, with Sims also grabbing 11 rebounds as Milwaukee dominated the boards, 47-30.
Thomas, who signed with the Bucks as a free agent following his release from Brooklyn Nets, scored 15 points in the third quarter, including a three-pointer that gave Milwaukee an 88-80 advantage.
The Magic responded with a huge fourth quarter rally to tie the score at 104-all, Milwaukee responded as Kyle Kuzma converted a layup, followed by triples from Myles Turner and Thomas in the final minute to seal the victory.
Desmond Bane paced Orlando with 31 points, while Paolo Banchero chipped in 17. Jalen Suggs recorded 16 points, 10 assists and four steals for the Magic.
In Brooklyn, Jarace Walker had 23 points, Kam Jones secured the victory with a 3-pointer with 16 seconds remaining, and the short-handed Indiana Pacers beat the Nets, 115-110.
Micah Potter had 19 and Ethan Thompson added 15 for the Pacers, who won for the second straight night after winning in overtime over the New York Knicks on Tuesday night to end a four-game losing streak.
Nolan Traore had 20 points to lead the Nets, who had lost two in a row. Day’Ron Sharpe had 19 points and 12 rebounds and Ziaire Williams also had 19.
