Ceneco opens payment center in Granada

BACOLOD City – Central Negros Electric Cooperative (Ceneco) has opened a payment center in Barangay Granada.

This will provide member-consumers, especially those from Granada and nearby villages, a more accessible area where may pay their electric bills, said General Manager Sulpicio Lagarde Jr.

The Granada payment center at the ALVIO Business Center in Purok 2, Montelibano Street started operating on Aug. 15.

It accepts cash payments Mondays to Fridays from 8 a.m. to 12 noon and 1 p.m. to 5 p.m., and on Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

It also accepts overdue payments but will refer disconnection and reconnection concerns to the Ceneco main office, Lagarde said.
ALVIO Business Center will also charge for its collection services, he added./PN
