BACOLOD City – Charged with two counts of child abuse, a man was arrested in Barangay Alicante, E.B. Magalona, Negros Occidental.
Resident Arvin Jan Baldonado was caught on the strength of an arrest warrant around 9:30 a.m. on Friday, a police report showed.
Officers of the municipal police station served the warrant issued by Judge Celeste Bernad of the Regional Trial Court Branch 69 dated Aug. 27, 2019.
He was detained in the custodial facility of the E.B. Magalona municipal police station.
The court recommended a total bail bond of P160,000 for Baldonado’s temporary liberty./PN
