ILOILO – A Chinese businessman charged with committing violence against women and children (VAWC) was arrested around 3:40 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 14.
Younglie Guo, 60, was a resident of Barangay Tabu-an, Estancia town.
He was caught by the combined forces of the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group – Iloilo, Iloilo Maritime Police and Estancia police station.
Guo was detained at the Estancia police station.
The court recommended a P72,000 bail bond for the suspect’s temporary freedom./PN
