ILOILO City – Police arrested two 18-year-old men in an antidrug operation in Barangay Bacjawan Sur, Concepcion, Iloilo.
Arjan Balayo and Nino Torrato of the same barangay sold to an undercover officer a plastic pack of suspected shabu for P200 around 7 p.m. on Friday.
When police frisked them, each yielded another plastic pack of similar substance.
They were detained in the Concepcion police station./PN
