ILOILO City – Police arrested a 29-year-old man in Barangay Barangay Juaneza, Sara, Iloilo,
Felicito Delicana was a resident of Barangay Bankal, Lemery, Iloilo.
He has been wanted for the charge of “rape with carnal knowledge,” a police report showed.
Officers from the Lemery police station served him a warrant of arrest at around 7 a.m. on Monday.
Judge Jose Mauricio Gomez of the Regional Trial Court Branch 66 issued the warrant. He recommended no bail bond for the suspect’s temporary liberty.
The Lemery police took Delicana in custody, stated the report./PN
