PRESIDENT ROXAS, Capiz – Policemen here arrested in Barangay Cabug-cabug yesterday around 9:10 a.m. a man charged with frustrated murder.
Elbert Dumali, 37, was a resident of Barangay Bongbongan, Maayon, Capiz.
Presiding Judge Alma Nonato Banias-Delfin of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 15 (Roxas City) issued the arrest warrant (Criminal Case No. C-145-21) on May 17.
Dumali was a suspect in a stabbing in Barangay Poblacion on Aug. 15, 2020 at around 10:52 p.m.
Dumali was taken to the President Roxas police station after his arrest.
