
BACOLOD City – The Department of Health (DOH) has again recognized the Corazon Locsin Montelibano Memorial Regional Hospital (CLMMRH) as one of the recipients of the prestigious 2023 DOH Hospital Star Awards.
The Office of the Health Facility and Patient Support Team of the DOH, in a letter dated Nov. 6, has extended its congratulations to Dr. Julius Drilon, medical center chief of CLMMRH, and his team.
“Your outstanding contributions to the hospital community have not gone unnoticed, and it is with great pride that we invite you to join us at the awards ceremony to celebrate this well-deserved recognition,” read part of the letter.
The Hospital Star Awards acknowledges those who consistently go above and beyond the call of duty, and your victory is a testament to your remarkable skills, dedication, and compassion while seeking excellent healthcare innovations that uphold the highest level of patient care.
An awarding ceremony is set for Nov. 13 at 1 p.m. at the Iloilo Convention Center in Iloilo City.
On his part, Drilon said, “The consistent recognition CLMMRH has received serves as an inspiring affirmation of our unwavering dedication and commitment as an apex hospital in our region,”
This year marked the third time CLMMRH has received the award since 2019.
“Our pride in this achievement mirrors our ongoing dedication to excellence in service delivery, continual enhancements in quality, and an unwavering commitment to ensuring the safety and well-being of our cherished clients and devoted employees,” the hospital’s medical center chief added.
Aside from this, Drilon said the World Stroke Organization (WSO) has also recognized the CLMMRH for achieving Gold Status in the WSO Angels Awards./PN
