ILOILO City – For the treatment of a stab wound on the stomach, a resident of Barangay Cabanbanan, Oton, Iloilo was confined at the West Visayas State University Medical Center in Jaro district.
His two drinking buddies attacked the 40-year-old Joseph Anthony Tasin in Barangay Quintin Salas, Jaro, a police report showed.
Tasin identified the suspects only as “Mark” and “Mando” of Quintin Salas, police said.
Around 9:50 p.m. on Friday, Tasin was walking home after a drinking binge with the two at a store when the latter followed and stabbed him, and fled, the police report showed./PN
