ILOILO City – A drug dependent surrendered to the police on Saturday, June 19.
The 53-year-old James “Jaguar” Balsomo of Barangay Pasig, Sara, Iloilo went to the Sara police station around 4:30 p.m. and told cops he was using illegal drugs, according to the police.
The police will be assessing Balsomo’s condition./PN
