CAPIZ – A man drowned at the Panay River in Barangay Garcia, Tapaz, here.
Elmer Cayetano, 37, was a resident of Sitio Arisgal, Barangay Cristina, Tapaz.
He was drunk when he went swimming around 3:30 p.m. on Good Friday, April 7.
His body was found near a quarry site in the river.
Cayetano was declared dead upon arrival at the Tapaz District Hospital./PN
