ILOILO City – A drunken man believed to have drowned was found dead in a river in Barangay Sta. Rosa, Mandurriao district.
The 30-year-old resident Ramcel John Porral was last seen by his 73-year-old father Ramon jumped off a bridge, police said. He was reported missing around 9 a.m. on Aug. 24.
Ramcel was found floating in the river morning of the next day, the police added.
