ILOILO City – Jonathan Lacuesta was detained at the custodial facility of the police station in La Paz district.
The 53-year-old resident of Barangay San Nicolas, La Paz was accused of mauling a resident of Barangay Magdalo and creating alarm and scandal, a police report showed.
Randolf Baldesimo, 42, reported to the district police station that a certain “Atan,” who was drunk, mauled him while he was standing along a road in their village at around 1:10 p.m. on April 9.
Baldesimo accompanied officers to Barangay Magdalo where they found an intoxicated Lacuesta acting unruly, stated the police report.
The complainant helped the police officers arrest Lacuesta and brought him to the latter’s station./PN
