ROXAS City – Charged with qualified theft, a man was arrested in Barangay Poblacion Ilaya, Dumarao, Capiz.
Ramie Carisma was arrested around 7:30 a.m. on Tuesday on the strength of an arrest warrant issued by Judge Esperanza Deslate of the Regional Trial Court Branch 19 in Roxas City.
The warrant was issued in relation to Criminal Case No. C-21-2009 that Carisma faces.
Carisma was detained in the lockup cell of the Dumarao municipal police station.
The court recommended a P30,000 bail bond for his temporary liberty./PN
