ILOILO City – A 43-year-old woman accused of estafa surrendered to the city police.
Leah Eyas of Barangay Igcocolo, Guimbal, Iloilo voluntarily surrendered to Police Station 1 around 9:40 a.m. on Monday after learning that an arrest warrant was issued against her.
The warrant was issued by Judge Danilo Galvez of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 24.
It was unclear as of this writing if Eyas was able to post bail set at P32,000./PN
