ILOILO City – Charged with estafa, a woman was arrested in Barangay Cadagmayan Norte, Sta. Barbara, Iloilo.
Police identified her as resident Ma. Cecelia Santillano.
Santillano was caught on the strength of an arrest warrant around 10 a.m. on Aug. 3, police said.
She was detained in the lockup cell of the municipal police station.
The court recommended a bailbond worth P18,000 for Santillano’s temporary liberty./PN
