ILOILO City – A man was shot in Barangay Bayuyan, Estancia, Iloilo, a police report showed.
He was identified as Nelson Palmares, a resident of Barangay Bayuyan.
Palmares was drinking coffee at store in the village around 11:20 a.m. on Tuesday when unidentified suspects fired at him, the report stated.
The suspects then fled on board a white van.
Palmares, meanwhile, was rushed to the Estancia District Hospital.
Police were still identifying the suspects and the motive in the shooting./PN
