ATRIA has unveiled its refreshed brand that better reflects its evolution and growth as a lifestyle garden and premier business district in Iloilo City. The launch on Tuesday, Nov. 21, at The Shops in Atria Park District was themed “Evolution Unveiled.”

Established in 2012, Atria of Ayala Land Inc. has lived up to its promise of creating a fully integrated business, residential, and lifestyle district that harmonizes a vibrant city life with nature.

The new logo speaks directly to Iloilo’s market, which has become younger in spirit and more discerning of its lifestyle and retail choices.

It was also inspired by vibrant colors in nature, tapping into Ayala Land’s longstanding mission to grow economically vibrant estates anchored on green and progressive spaces.

Atria Gardens will be a refreshing garden lifestyle district, home to global and home-grown concepts as well as new office buildings, Techno Hub 1&2 which ground broke earlier this year.

“Our approach to the new logo is not just about mirroring green marketing trends; truly committing to creating sustainable spaces where the energy and creativity of the youth and the active set can thrive,” said MS. Jennylle Tupaz, Senior Estates Development Head for Central Luzon and Vismin of Ayala Land.

Along with the unveiling of refreshed brands and logo was the unveiling of Atria’s new street art murals and the Christmas lighting ceremony.

The Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony that was initiated by Councilor Miguel Treƶas, Hon. Elmer Tiano, Mr. Edgardo Pison, Ms. Tet Regalado, Ms. Jenylle Tupaz and Ms. Bong Kilayko Dy.

Meanwhile, Ms. Bong Kilayko Dy Vismin Head of Ayala Malls, highlighted the bond of spending time with families, friends and loved ones in Atria Park District.

“Through the years, an abundance of heartwarming memories were created and shared here in Atria Park District. Being present is one of the most valuable gifts we can give to our loved ones,” Dy said.

Iloilo City Mayor Jerry TreƱas has has also sent his message for the event. “Christmas in the City of Love is a much-anticipated occasion for the Ilonggos. Almost everywhere you look in the city, it already feels like Christmas,” TreƱas said in his message read by Councilor Miguel TreƱas. The city mayor also expressed his gratitude to Ayala Malls for elevating Iloilo City’s efforts to become a liveable city.

“Ayala Malls went above and beyond in making our culture known through their support of our local dishes and products,” TreƱas added.

Ms. Jennylle Tupaz has also expressed her appreciation. “The leadership Of Mayor Jerry TreƱas has made the city such a model worth emulating. It’s a city of caring people who value the rich cultural heritage of Iloilo and the thriving economy that’s propelled by a business-friendly environment,” Tupaz said.

Tupaz also announced the opening of next-level retail concepts at The Shops, catering to more market segments where new retail concepts have also opened earlier this year, such as Taiwan Shabu-shabu, Amira Salon & Spa, Neighbor CafĆ©, Balay Tablea, and Lip’s Tavern.

Soon to open are MVP Shoe Cafe, TD&CO, Wano Iloilo, a Japanese restaurant specializing in sashimi dishes, and Mezcla World Bistro, which will feature a spread of international cuisines.

Recently, new stores have also opened at Atria, including the global coffee powerhouse Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf and homegrown favorite SeƱor Pollo, which helped kick- start the Latin American culinary craze in Poblacion, Makati, and all of Metro Manila.

Ayala Land’s vision for Atria is to sustain a climate-responsive community with the aim of remaining relevant to the entire city while addressing climate challenges and the needs of Iloilo’s evolving market./PN
