JALEN Green made a successful return from injury as Phoenix Suns pulled away late to defeat Philadelphia 76ers, 116-110, in the 2025-26 NBA Regular Season on Tuesday night (Wednesday in the Philippines) at Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia.
The Filipino-American Green, appearing in just his third game of the season and his first since early November, provided a spark off the bench with 12 points in 20 minutes.
The former No. 2 pick, now in his first season with Phoenix following the offseason trade from Houston Rockets, showed flashes of his scoring touch despite limited action after missing more than two months with a right hamstring injury.
Devin Booker led the Suns with 27 points, while Grayson Allen and Jordan Goodwin added 16 apiece. Collin Gillespie and Oso Ighodaro chipped in 12 points each as Phoenix extended its winning streak to three games.
Green scored seven points in the first half and finished 4-of-11 from the field, including two three-pointers. He also recorded three assists and two rebounds, giving the Suns a boost in depth as they continue to integrate him back into the rotation.
Rookie VJ Edgecombe paced the 76ers with 25 points, while Kelly Oubre Jr. had 21 and Tyrese Maxey finished with 20. Andre Drummond grabbed 15 rebounds to go with eight points.
Meanwhile, Alperen Sengun finished with a near triple-double of 20 points, 13 rebounds and nine assists to help Houston Rockets rally for a 111-106 victory over San Antonio Spurs.
Reed Sheppard scored 12 of his 21 points in the fourth quarter to spearhead their fightback and Kevin Durant added 18 points to help the Rockets to their third straight victory.
The Rockets trailed by as many as 16 and were down by 10 before opening the fourth quarter with a big run behind Sheppard to turn things around and notch the victory.
