The blaze totally destroyed the local branch of Solid Motorcycle Distributor Inc. and Felcontech Computer-Kalibo.

It partly damaged Libros Paint Center, Wash ‘N Fold, Digital Express, and the Manulife office.

The adjacent Mercury drugstore, on the other hand, was spared from damages due to a firewall.

Provincial Fire Marshal Superintendent Nazrudyn Cablayan said an investigation was still ongoing to determine the cause of the fire.

Sa mga unang fire responders, nakita nila doon sa isang establishment ang malaking apoy. Under investigation pa tayo kung saan nagmula ang apoy,” Cablayan added. (Aklan Forum Journal/PN)
