ILOILO City – A house in Barangay Aguinaldo, La Paz district got partially burned.
The fire erupted at around 6:40 p.m. on Jan. 27 in the living room of Shierla Paclibar’s house.
The Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) was quick to respond. The fire was immediately controlled.
The cause of fire was still being determined as this was being written.
A day before the Barangay Aguinaldo fire, a commercial building was razed by fire (Jan. 26) in Barangay Tanza Bonifacio, City Proper.
Based on the initial investigation of the BFP, the fire started at 4:19 p.m. at the ceiling of the second floor.
The BFP quickly responded. The fire was immediately contained and was not able to spread to the third and ground floors of the building.
