BACOLOD City – A 62-year-old fisherman was found dead on Thursday morning in Ilog town, Negros Occidental.
Joel Bornis, a resident of Sitio Labugon, Barangay 1 in the town, was discovered lifeless in his boat by other fishermen who were set to go to the sea at dawn.
Police authorities found no foul play in his death./PN
