ILOILO City – Two friends were arrested in a buy-bust operation in Barangay Quintin Salas, Jaro.
Police identified them as Janneil Silayro, 30, and Raymart Lacamba, 19.
The suspects initially sold a sachet of suspected shabu to an undercover cop for P3,500 around 10:40 p.m. on April 22, a police report showed.
Eight more sachets valued at P13,600 were recovered from their possession.
The suspects were brought to the Jaro police station. They face charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./PN
