ILOILO City – In Barangay Mamhut Sur, Balasan, Iloilo, a 42-year-old woman was arrested in a buy-bust operation.
Sherri Theresa Arevalo, a native of General Santos City, South Cotabato, sold to an undercover police officer a sachet of shabu for P200. She was detained at the Balasan police station.
Arevalo was temporarily residing in Barangay Mamhut Sur, Balasan.
Three more sachets were confiscated from Arevalo.
According to the police, the suspect faces a charge for illegal drug peddling and possession./PN
